Departure Tips
- Scan app or website reservation barcode at the automated kiosk or present to customer service agent. Obtain a parking ticket from the automated kiosk if you do not have a reservation.
- Follow the green sign to your row and park your vehicle
- Take your baggage and personal belongings from your vehicle
- The shuttle bus will pick you up at your vehicle and take you to the terminal
Vehicle Pick Up
Welcome back! When you arrive back from your trip and have your luggage, please call 613 247-1014 then proceed to board the shuttle at the designated pick up area. We'll get you on the road home as quickly as possible.
Arrival Tips
- Proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area outside the arrivals level at post 15
- Call 613-247-1014 for shuttle pick up
- Board the shuttle bus for drop off at your vehicle
- When leaving, you can pay our customer service agent or pay at one of the convenient paystations
